冯琳,女,汉族,博士,中共党员,出生于1987年9月,甘肃武威人。毕业于中国科学院大学,阿坝师范学院资源与环境学院副院长,副教授。研究领域:青藏高原冰川中溶解性有机质的化学特征和来源。主持州厅级科研项目2项,校级专项培育项目1项,校级重点项目1项。撰写黄河上游相关调研报告1份,被阿坝州政协采纳。发表学术论文10余篇,其中SCI论文5篇,C刊2篇,代表性论文如下:
